Got a chicken kebab a few weeks ago and the chicken was nice, not dry at all. The portion size was good. The past 2 times, the chicken has been getting drier and drier, so dry I couldn’t even swallow it

Ordered hamburger chip roll got a chip roll? Ordered it to be delivered at 6pm arrived at 6:45pm

It was better last week when I ordered. Today the chicken kebab, the chicken was a little dry.

Pizza wasn't great. Usually it's one of the best pizzas around. Will put it down to a bad day for the pizza chef

I had to phone several times and was hung up on every time. When I eventually got through I had to scream down the phone for 5 minutes. The food turned up eventually, freezing cold and disgusting. I will never order from them again. I was treated like shit and it was only when I threatened to go down there that it arrived . I placed the order, because I'm disabled and use a wheelchair.

Delivery was 40 minutes late. Food was cold and pizza was burnt

Waited 2 hours for delivery and the never bothered to read the comments on the order asking for salt and sauce as the options on website are not sufficient only one option either salt or sauce, needs updating

Only half order arrived, meaning that half the meal was cold by the time the rest was delivered. Plus the 2L coke was only a 1.5L bottle.
